Our Process

The foundation for success of any project is a well-defined plan. We begin every project with a dedicated Discovery Workshop where our team will meet with all stakeholders and key personnel to get deep in the weeds to articulate the problem space, nail down technical requirements & timelines, illuminate all sources of project risk (especially the nebulous "unknown unknowns"), and everything else that could potentially impact execution & delivery.

It is at this Discovery Workshop that we will be able to discuss pricing and make a go/no-go decision on the project. This gives you the opportunity to fully understand the scope of work, timeline, and budget before committing to moving forward.

Once the project is approved and underway, Nuvocode will begin the main phase of our work. This will include three primary activities:

• Infrastructure & Environment Setup: We will setup all tooling and infrastructure required to support the project.
• Development & Implementation: Our expert development team will build out your solution exactly per the requirements and specifications outlined in the Discovery Workshop. You can expect to see development proceed along a series of milestones which we will have defined together in advance.
• Ongoing Communication: Each week, your Project Lead will provide you with a detailed report on the progress of the project, including any issues or concerns that may have arisen. You will have every opportunity to provide timely feedback, ask questions, and raise flags.

Ongoing Maintenance

At any point before, during, or after the project you may opt to sign up for an ongoing monthly maintenance plan with Nuvocode to handle further development, update integrations with your existing systems, or address any other technological needs that might arise. This plan can be defined in the original contract or added post facto as a separate agreement.

We customize pricing on a per-project basis, providing a fixed quote after the Discovery Workshop to reflect the exact scope and value. No surprises—-just straightforward, competitive rates designed for your success.
